BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Went in for lunch with no expectations from a chain restaurant and also one located in Youngstown. The place is filthy. so much dust and greasy everything. The seats, the table, the floor, all greasy. Spilled overflowing drinks. The rotating door glass was soooo filthy. All of the sills the light fixtures everything was covered in dust, and not just a little. The waitress was nice, but couldn't seem to handle the few tables she had. The place was not busy at all. My friend had the roast beef dip which she enjoyed very much at the Medina location so they suggested we go to this one. About 1/3 of the sandwich was fat. Their fries were barely warm while mine were burning hot. My friends said the food didn't even taste close to as good as it did in Medina, and that other location was very much kept up and clean, and the staff was much more attentive. only ate half of the sandwich and left the other half. wasn't worth taking home. My meal isn't worth commenting on. Had to go to the restroom to wash my hands and had to walk through the food scattered all over the floor to get there. Bathroom sink area was filthy and with broken soap dispenser and filthy glass. Waited much longer than we

Had a wonderful time! This location is very popular for obvious reasons! Our server was Aly and she is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and remembers every detail. It was an early dinner so the environment was relaxed but tentative. We both had steak dinners and the avocado egg rolls. The ribeyes were cooked perfectly and they roasted veggies were perfect. Enjoyed a couple drinks. Will definitely be back!

Slow-Roasted Tri-Tip cooked medium was absolutely amazing! Sliced nicely with plastic cutlery. Even staying in a hotel and reheated!!! Must appreciate sweet meat not pepper or salt. However, the asparagus was WAY over done. Super sad especially in the winter. They recovered with the mozzarella and tomato salad! Quality and quality for price was unbeatable! Would leave out the greens, it takes away from the true mozz and tomato salad.
